Amy Phillips

Amy Phillips joined TKG in 2024 and now serves as our Director of Operations. Amy is a career-long union member with experience in the fields of Workforce Development and the Non-Profit space.

Before joining the team at TKG, Amy served more than a decade as the Labor Liaison for the MO AFL-CIO’s Dislocated Worker Program. She later served as the Director of Labor Engagement at the United Way of Greater St. Louis. Most recently, she served as the Director of Operations for the MO AFL-CIO’s Missouri Works Initiative, a non-profit that connects Missourians to resources necessary to build life-sustaining careers.

Amy holds a B.A. in English from Truman State University and a secondary teaching certification from UMSL.
